About Me

What is your approach to getting people engaged with H+S?

Understanding their role; how H+S impacts them at their level; get to know the workers challenges and work on achieving buy in. Start small and get traction with some quick wins/initiatives; bringing them on the journey top bring about change and engagement.

What is one of your proudest achievements in your H+S career?

Creating a new Integrated Management System and achieving ISO45001 for an SME. More recently after leaving a role to have workers come up from the floor on my last day and personally thank me for engaging, listening and be approachable.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Spending time at the beach, going tramping, movies and gardening.
